The follow terms and conditions forms the Agreement between you and IMGuerilla.com and explain the terms and conditions related to use of IMGuerilla.com (the "site"). Arising from any claim relating to this agreement or the subject matter hereof such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special exemplary, and punitive damages whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (negligence included), or otherwise. Such limitation of liability shall apply whether damages arise from use or misuse of IMGuerilla.com services, from inability to use the site services, or from the interruption, suspension or termination of the site services (including damages incurred by third parties).

IMGuerilla.com makes no claim regarding income guarantees or results from using its products, services, recommendations or any partner services. You are joining IMGuerilla.com as a member and if you so desire, you may upgrade your membership privilege. However this is not mandatory.

You agree that IMGuerilla.com may disclose information we have collected from you and/or content you have made available on our site when IMGuerilla.com believes in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights or property of IMGuerilla.com or its visitors.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. No action or proceeding may be commenced or maintained in relation to the site, the Services or these Terms except in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Malaysia and you hereby irrevocably agree to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Cancellations

You may cancel your IMGuerilla.com membership at anytime. The act of canceling can be made via email, inside the member's area or via the Support Help Desk. Cancellation requests must contain your name, username, email address, and date joined. If any of this information is missing, the cancellation request may not be processed and you are liable for all membership fees until IMGuerilla.com receives required information. Membership fees are monthly.

IMGuerilla.com reserves the right to cancel any member for reasons that it feels are detrimental to the site, its members, its partners or the future success of itself, and its sole discretion.

Upon cancellation of membership, all components, including but not limited to, web hosting, autoresponders, JVManager hosted solution, and affiliate program, will be revoked and cancelled. Cancellations performed by IMGuerilla.com are final.

Refunds

Your purchase to IMGuerilla.com paid membership is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee Policy. You may cancel your paid membership access during its first 3 day trial before your account is billed on a monthly basis after the trial period has expired. You may also cancel your membership at any month and receive a full refund for that particular month of cancellation on account of any valid or legitimate reason.

IMGuerilla.com will issue refund your purchase, and remove your entire access to IMGuerilla.com permanently. In the event of a billing error or duplicate billing, IMGuerilla.com will investigate the matter and issue a full refund if deemed necessary.
